This DORA isn't for the kiddies... but for parents to enjoy...

If you've been following along, then you already know that CollegeHumor followed-up their fake trailer for a live-action DORA THE EXPLORER movie with an actual live-action webseries event, DORA THE EXPLORER AND THE DESTINY MEDALLION. The parody got started last Tuesday with Part 1, and today the folks at CollegeHumor hit The Rock Father with Part 2. Check it out below, then be on the lookout for the explosive conclusion on April 2.

Are the kids in bed or at least out of the room? Ok, good... because this is something that you don't want them to see or hear. In the tradition (is there a "tradition" for this yet?) of the film SPRING BREAKERS (out today) in which Selena Gomez, Ashley Benson, Vanessa Hudgens and Rachel Korine get buckwild with James Franco in cornrows, comes DISNEY PRINCESS SPRING BREAKERS - the latest fake trailer from the folks at CollegeHumor. It's Cinderella, Snow White, Ariel and Jasmine as you've never seen them before.

Baby's DreamI have a theory that all babies are born evil. If you know me well, there's a chance that you've already heard it. If not, I've probably mentioned it in passing, and will likely do so again. As much as I love babies, the Cliff's Notes version would be that babies are a pretty violent and sinister bunch. They hit, they kick, they scream and they sometimes go all EXORCIST on you by spraying you with questionable fluids. Yes, babies are born evil, and we have to teach them to be nice. For those that agree with me, it appears that the folks at T-Shirt Hell are celebrating my theory with the release of their "Baby Dreams" T-Shirt. Sweet dreams are made of Global Thermonuclear War...

As promised last week, the folks at CollegeHumor have sent over the first installment of their three-part webseries event, DORA THE EXPLORER AND THE DESTINY MEDALLION. Starring Ariel Winter (MODERN FAMILY, voice of "Sofia" on Disney Junior's SOFIA THE FIRST) as the titular "Dora," with Adrian Gonzalez (who I'm sure was great as "Seedy Guy" in an episode of 90210 last year) as "Diego," the new clip can be seen below, right here on The Rock Father. Be warned... it's not family-friendly.

Was the destruction of the Death Star an inside job? This is the question posed by a new "truther" documentary entitled "LUKE'S CHANGE: AN INSIDE JOB." Directed by filmmaker Graham Putnam in the spirit of the 9/11 doc, "LOOSE CHANGE," this 7-minute film explores "some questionable events and circumstances leading up to the destruction of the Death Star, through the eyes of an amateur investigative journalist," with the primary focus being "the connections between the people who created and operated the Death Star and those responsible for destroying it." Intrigued? Watch below...

Last June, I posted a story entitled "DORA THE EXPLORER and DIEGO Tear it Up in a Live-Action Film!" They didn't actually make a real film, but they did do a great fake trailer. Well, viewers wanted more, and more they shall receive. A rep from CollegeHumor just reached out to The Rock Father with the poster for DORA THE EXPLORER and the DESTINY MEDALLION, an all-new, three-part webseries event set to debut on March 19th. Actress Ariel Winter (MODERN FAMILY, voice of "Sofia" on Disney Junior's SOFIA THE FIRST) is back as the title character.
