The folks at Comedy Central are kicking off the New Year right with a quartet of new comedy albums (and DVDs) from some fantastic comics. Among the new releases on the way are Anthony Jeselnik Caligula CD and DVD - January 15^th; Chris Hardwick Mandroid CD and DVD - January 22^nd; Amy Schumer Mostly Sex Stuff digital download and DVD – January 29^{th; a} and Eugene Mirman An Evening of Comedy from a Fake Underground Laboratory on CD/DVD – February 5^th.  Preview content from all four releases via the widget below!

ANTHONY JESELNIK is one of my favorite active stand-up comedians. His 2010 album entitled SHAKESPEARE (read my review here) still gets play here at Rock Father HQ (when the kids are in bed), and now there's finally some new material on the horizon. Jeselnik will return to Comedy Central for the world premiere of his original one-hour stand-up special, Anthony Jeselnik: Caligula, on Sunday, January 13^th at 10pm. The one and only “King of Roasting” Jeff Ross will be releasing his new one-hour special Jeff Ross Roasts America on DVD exclusively on Amazon.com starting August 14via Comedy Central Home Entertainment. A few days before the DVD release, Jeff Ross Roasts America will air on Comedy Central on Saturday, August 11 at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT.

Comedy Central just hit The Rock Father with a preview widget for TODD BARRY's new special, Todd Barry: Super Crazy. The special premieres on Saturday, July 21st at 11pm, while the uncensored CD and DVD will arrive at retail on July 24th. Check out that preview below.
