Watch: KID ROCK Rolls Out FIRST KISS Music Video... and I Roll Out One from 2000...
On February 24, KID ROCK is back with his first release for Warner Bros. Records when FIRST KISS hits the streets. This week, the video for the title track arrived - a nostalgic tune that's getting a lot of comparisons to Bryan Adams' "Summer of '69" (especially that opening riff), and one that's got a lot of crossover appeal, but a real warm weather vibe to help with these cold months we're in. Check it out below, right here on THE ROCK FATHER...

Giveaway: THE DOORS 3-Album Summer Prize Pack!
As "The Rock Father," one of my greatest joys is introducing my daughters to new sonic landscapes through some "Musical History Lessons" taught here at Rock Father HQ. No history of rock would be complete without sharing with them the music of THE DOORS, and one recent tool to hit the market is THE DOORS App for iPad by Warner Music Group's Rhino Entertainment (if only we had an iPad). This extensively in-depth look at the band and their legacy is available now in the App store for just $4.99, and to celebrate it's release, Rhino and The Rock Father are getting two lucky readers hooked-up with a three-pack of CDs from THE DOORS! Live at the Matrix 1967, Live in Pittsburgh 1970 & the When You’re Strange Soundtrack are all included.
