At last, the final trailer and poster for Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War have arrived. Tickets for the film, now being released on April 27, also went on-sale, setting a one-day record on Fandango (an affiliate) as the Marvel Cinematic Universe just continues to grow with each additional film. With Thor: Ragnarok and Black Panther both having been released in the past six months, audiences are primed for what may go down as the ultimate superhero battle as the Avengers come together with the Guardians of the Galaxy to face-off against the sinister Thanos. See the trailer below!

This Thor: Ragnarok special feature is presented in collaboration between The Rock Father™, Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment and Life of Dad.

As Bob Dylan famously sung, “The Times They Are a-Changin’” - and those words, recorded in 1963, are just as relevant now as they were back then. The early 60’s were tumultuous times, and in many ways the uncertainty of that era is reflected in today’s society as the waves of right and wrong continue to clash, reshaping our world in the process. It was from that same era that a powerful warrior came forth - The Mighty Thor first wielding his mythical hammer, Mjolnir in the pages of Marvel Comics’ Journey Into Mystery in the fall of 1962. It might not be immediately recognizable on the surface, but the tales of Thor have much to do with an underlying theme of family, and a parent’s desire to raise their children to be warriors. Some warriors are born, while others are forged and a true “warrior” comes in many faces. Just as Odin wanted only the best for his children, I will do my best to ensure the same for mine...

Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War recently got a bump, moving into an April 27 release date for the much-anticipated film... the biggest comic book movie ever. With  that, the toys started hitting retail a little earlier as well, and Hasbro has been leading the charge as the master licensee, bringing forth new ways to play as the Marvel #UniverseUnites. In celebration of the new toy launch, Hasbro sent over a special delivery to Rock Father HQ - a box packed with a sampling of new items from across their product lines - a little of everything that will excite families from kids to collectors. While I'll be sharing formal reviews in the days and weeks ahead, here's a quick edition of UNBOXED in which I crack open the case to find new Titan Hero Power FX figures, Nerf Assembler Gear, Marvel Legends 6' action figures, characters from the basic figure assortment and the new Iron Man Hero Vision - an AR experience that was really being touted at the recent 115th North American International Toy Fair in New York City. 2018 Disney previewPreview Coverage of the 2018 Motion Picture Slate from The Walt Disney Company...

Last summer, I found myself in a room full of Avengers (Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Anthony Mackie, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Josh Brolin, Don Cheadle, Sebastian Stan) and a few Guardians of the Galaxy (Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff), too. At Disney's D23 Expo in Anaheim, I was one of the lucky few (thousand) that got to see a first-look trailer for Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War. Ever since, that film has been near the top of my "must-see" list for 2018, and here we have its entry into the 2018 motion picture preview...

This summer, I found myself in a room full of Avengers (Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Anthony Mackie, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Josh Brolin, Don Cheadle, Sebastian Stan) and a few Guardians of the Galaxy (Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff), too. At Disney's D23 Expo in Anaheim, I was one of the lucky few (thousand) that got to see a first-look trailer for Marvel Studios' Avengers: Infinity War. Like many things shown at the event, it was kept under wraps and not seen again outside of that room... until now. Unlike Comic-Con, where grainy Hall H footage tends to leak almost instantly, Marvel somehow kept the Avengers contained until today's release of the long-awaited official trailer for the film. From my own recollection, what you're about to see is very similar to what I witnessed this summer, with a few tweaks.

When it comes to the breakout toys of 2017, Fidget Spinners are serious business. What started as one thing expanded into an entire category of Fidgets - divisive as to whether they're toys, tools or just a fad that will eventually go the way of the Pog. For now, they're still hot, and the folks at Zuru Toys have some of the highest-quality offerings out there, and they recently sent us some for review. Bringing iconic superheroes into the mix, they've licensed characters from DC Comics and Marvel, bringing them together for a colorful collection of Fidget Spinners and Fidget Cubes - the original Fidget Cubes as developed by Antsy Labs!
