It's a bit of a 1980s flashback week for ROCK BAND players as the platform gets ready to add a trio of songs straight from the Reagan era. Fast-approaching the five-year anniversary of the Rock Band Music Store, players will be able to attempt tracks from FLOCK OF SEAGULLS and BILLY SQUIER this Tuesday, October 9, 2012. As we approach the five-year anniversary of the ROCK BAND platform this November, the folks at Harmonix just keep rolling out the new DLC to bring some fresh rock to both ROCK BAND 3, and the newly-released ROCK BAND BLITZ. Next week, 311 makes their Rock Band debut with a trio of tracks destined to be rocked by family and friends worldwide. The Rock Father has all the details below...

The ROCK BAND platform has been connecting families and friends through a love of music for nearly five years now, and this Tuesday their string of new DLC continues with some GREEN DAY music new and old to coincide with the release of ¡Uno!, the first album in the new GREEN DAY Trilogy. Harmonix hit The Rock Father with the details, and I've got them for you below.

Harmonix just hit The Rock Father with details on next week's ROCK BAND DLC, and fans of THE BLACK KEYS will be excited. Three more tracks from the group will be headed to the Rock Band Music Store on August 21st as a part of "The Black Keys Pack 02".

I've said it before, and I'll keep saying it again and again: Sometimes Daddy needs to blow some stuff up good, and on November 13th, I will likely be doing just that when CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS 2 arrives.
