#SDCC 2018 Previews Exclusive Voltron: Legendary Defender Hyperphase Voltron Heads for Entertainment Earth!

Written by

When it comes to convention season, leaks on exclusive toys and collectibles are hard to contain, and in this case, how can you keep a good team of mighty lions down? This one snuck out early, but today comes the official launch of the Voltron: Legendary Defender Hyperphase Voltron 5-Piece Action Figure Gift Set! From Playmates Toys, this SDCC 2018 Previews Exclusive is roaring into San Diego Comic-Con 2018 to make its debut first at the Entertainment Earth booth #2343. Limited to just 3,000 pieces worldwide, The Rock Father™ and Entertainment Earth (an affiliate) are now formally dropping the curtain on pre-orders for this incredible piece. Check it out!

From EE & Previews: The legend comes alive when the Legendary Lions are combined to form the unbeatable Defender of the Universe - Voltron. These five powerful Lions transform and combine to create a towering 16-inch Voltron action figure featuring lights and over 50 phrases and sound effects from the DreamWorks series Voltron: Legendary Defender. Limited to 3,000 pieces worldwide, the Voltron: Legendary Defender Hyperphase Voltron 5-Piece Gift Set Action Figure - SDCC 2018 Previews Exclusive also includes the Quintessence-enhanced projectile launchers!

Voltron was built to harness the mysterious Quintessence energy and establish peace and harmony throughout the universe. Faced with the Galra's innumerable armies, the Voltron team taps into Princess Allura's unique connection to the Quintessence and imbues the Lions with this energy, upgrading their weapons systems and supercharging this robotic defender! If you want one of these, the place to get it is at San Diego Comic-Con. This item will first be sold at the Entertainment Earth booth #2343. If supplies remain after the show, your order will be filled and shipped to you then, in August 2018. Pre-order now

It should be no secret that Voltron is a highly-regarded character here at Rock Father HQ - one that I grew up with, and that made it extra-special when I worked with DreamWorks Animation and Netflix to help with the promotional launch of Voltron: Legendary Defender  back in 2016. In fact, there's also an alternate reality - a "what if?" scenario in which I were to voice Shiro, pilot of the Black Lion!
