Regardless of which side of the aisle you're on, election years always bring some interesting collectibles, and the 2016 Presidential race is no exception. We've all seen the often-mocking versions of Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump, but Ty Warner, Founder and Chairman of Illinois-based Ty Inc. (Beanie Babies and all) has simplified the whole thing with a pair of two limited-edition Political "Teeny Tys" this fall...

Ty Inc."Americans of all ages can make their choice for president in more than one way this election season with our special edition Teeny Tys. We hope these latest additions to the Beanie Babies family will bring laughter and joy to Americans of all political stripes and remind citizens of their duty to vote this fall" -- Ty Warner.

The star-spangled Teeny Tys represent the symbolic Republican elephant and Democratic donkey with distinctive traits of each presidential nominee. Both collectibles feature red, white and blue sparkle eyes and includes an important reminder—VOTE, ‪November 8th, 2016!

Commemorative Teeny Tys will be available in September for a limited time nationwide, just in time for the Presidential debates. They will retail at $3.99. For some reason I expect some folks to do as they do here in Illinois and "vote early and often," stocking-up on these for the speculative market, so get yours while you can.
