Review: Wild Walls CARS Lightning Speed Grand Prix Wall Lights...

We have a few different products from Uncle Milton here at Rock Father HQ (like this cool one), and one of the more recent arrivals is currently hanging in Little Finley's bedroom. The Wild Walls Lightning Speed Grand Prix is a "light and sound experience" that features Lightning McQueen, Tow Mater, Francesco Bernoulli and other characters from the Disney•Pixar film, CARS 2. As car-fixated as my youngest daughter is, you'd figure she'd like this one, and she does... but my wife's not a fan.

The Wild Walls series is a simple concept that kids dig. Peel-and-stick decals featuring a variety of licensed characters (and some "generic" animals and scenes), each affixed to a wall and illuminated from below by a small, battery-powered unit that offers a combination of lights & sound or light-only. The light can spread up to 20 square feet, and for kids it is some simple fun. My wife points out that "it's not a relaxing night-light," and both of us concede that Uncle Milton's Wall Friends line (reviewed here) is a much better buy. Still, if you have a little CARS fan at home, this one might be a welcome addition to the bedroom decor.
