Spider-Man: Homecoming - Two Fantastic New Trailers, Two Terrible New Posters
Sony Pictures' Spider-Man: Homecoming looks great - the result of a fantastic decision to share the title character between Marvel/Disney and Sony, thus placing him firmly within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. That spirit of sharing also spun the other way, with Tony Stark/Iron Man playing a central role in the new film, and today comes the final domestic trailer along with what's likely the final international trailer. While both of those are fantastic, the pair of posters released look like fan art. You can see all of them below, and check out the film in theaters on July 7.
First-Look Teaser for THOR: RAGNAROK features Led Zeppelin and HULK!
Despite being entertaining, the THOR films have always been sort of a sidenote to the Marvel Cinematic Universe for me. Good, yes - but I've just never anticipated them in the same way that I have Captain America, Iron Man, etc. That just changed with the first teaser for THOR: RAGNAROK, the third "solo" Thor outing, and one that looks like it certainly took a few cues from the "fun" factor of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. Check it out below, and crank up your speakers - Led Zeppelin's "Immigrant Song" provides the soundtrack!
New Trailer for Spider-man: Homecoming Shows Spidey vs. Authority...
Does the suit make the man? That's the question pondered in the latest trailer for Spider-Man: Homecoming - the first feature-length collaboration between Sony and Disney that finds Spidey making his way into the Marvel Cinematic Universe after making his debut in Captain America: Civil War last year. Here we find Peter Parker (Tom Holland) having some issues with authority, particularly that of Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and The Avengers. Take a look...
Heroes are all around us… Who is Your Hero?
The Rock Father™ has collaborated with Life of Dad and Marvel for the #WhoIsYourHero initiative.
Look closely. They’re all around us…
Though some might be operating in unexpected places - many even out of the normal scope of view - there are heroes everywhere.
While the colorful characters that inhabit the pages of Marvel Comics continue making the leap to screens big and small in new installments of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and a host of television series’ both live-action and animated, the legendary accomplishments of these Super (or even “mystic,” looking at you, Doctor Strange) Heroes often pale in comparison to that of the real-life heroes that we encounter every day.
