Disney•Pixar's THE GOOD DINOSAUR is headed for theaters this Thanksgiving (get tickets via Fandango), but that hardly means that families need to wait another month to start having a little prehistoric fun. This Halloween, you can put Arlo the Apatosaurus on a pumpkin with a specially-designed stencil from my friends at Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. As part of my annual 31 Days of Halloween here on THE ROCK FATHER Magazine, we carved one ourselves - lighting it up with a green glo-stick perfect for capturing the vibe of the film's "Cave Painting" poster. This fun pumpkin pattern and an assortment of other free printables can be downloaded from this location. Check out our #GoodDino pumpkin below!

THE GOOD DINOSAUR Pumpkin!

THE GOOD DINOSAUR:

"The Good Dinosaur" asks the question: What if the asteroid that forever changed life on Earth missed the planet completely and giant dinosaurs never became extinct?  Pixar Animation Studios takes you on an epic journey into the world of dinosaurs where an Apatosaurus named Arlo (voice of Raymond Ochoa) makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh and mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of. Directed by Peter Sohn and produced by Denise Ream (“Cars 2”), Disney•Pixar’s “The Good Dinosaur” opens in theaters on Nov. 25, 2015.
