CASPAR BABYPANTS, the children's music alter-ego of Chris Ballew of THE PRESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, has hit the web today with a Free Download of a new track called "Take Me to The City Dump." An homage to the late J.P. Patches (a Seattle-based children's entertainer), the new song also has an accompanying video, which can be viewed below.
