An Interview with The Rock Father, plus new music from Silber Media...

Brian John Mitchell over at Silber Records has been a supporter of this site for quite awhile, so when it came time for his long-running QRD 'Zine (which started back in '94 in print) to do their annual issue featuring 'musician dads,' Brian asked me to take part. Released just prior to Father's Day (when we were off adding a new member to the family), QRD Issue #54 features the first interview that I've done since starting The Rock Father last year. It focuses on my past adventures as a musician, and where I'm at now - which often feels like a weird place. You can check it out right here.
Additionally, Mitchell partnered with his estranged son for an album entitled DRONE IS IN THE BLOOD. The album was recorded in 2010, and has now been made available on the Silber Media site. The interesting story about how the record came to be can be read in full right here.
